Volunteer Requirements
For most Harmony Health Integration volunteers:

Before a volunteering begins:
- Community health worker roles and limitations
- Confidentiality and privacy
- HIPAA, when applicable
- Cultural humility and nondiscrimination
- Professional boundaries
- Trauma-informed communication
- Infection prevention and basic safety
- Emergency and incident reporting
- Abuse, neglect and exploitation reporting
- Approved documentation procedures
- Social media and photography restrictions
- Client referral and escalation procedures
